Visitor reviews Kadinsky. The space cakes were very good and I really liked the cheese! Going back later this year, will hit Kadinsky 3 just for a change of pace. I'm sure that it will be good!! Nice decor and relaxing. There are so many naff and themed coffee shops but this one is spot on Cant big it up enough really. Going in July and this will be my first port of call.

Not your typical coffeeshop - slightly more 'polished' than some others. Really friendly and I was back in Amsterdam for a few days break from 24th th July , and retraced my steps to We looked at trip advisor for some recommendations and kadinsky has a good rep. We bought two slices of the vanilla very tasty although a bit dry and then split another piece of chocolate.

The Kandinsky Coffeeshop belongs to a small chain of three coffeeshops situated in central Amserdam, however, the two other Kandinskys are little more than cannabis dispensaries rather than fully-fledged coffeeshops, making the Kandinsky a bit of a one off. This petite, funky hangout is located in centre of the old city, on a characterful backstreet flanked with bookshops and arty boutiques. Just off the traditional tourist trail, the Kandinsky still plays host to loyal locals as well as increasing numbers of holidaymakers, ensuring visitors an experience touched by, if not steeped in, authenticity. The ambience is tranquil and laid-back, though the Kandisnky is liable to bustle with customers during the evening. Compact and characterful, the Kandinsky is known for its friendly staff and wide selection of good quality, high-grade weed. Framed artwork lines the walls and lighting is pleasantly low though not overly dim. Its computer weighing system ensures customers get exactly what they pay for, be it weed or hashish.

For Amsterdam, this is one of the more notable chains. Zoutsteeg is quite small, more of an alley. What is more, this little alley sees a great deal of foot traffic. It can get quite crowded, as can the area in general. From the outside, this Kadinsky location is rather nondescript. You see a lot of glass, a lot of wood.

Amsterdam coffee shops attract millions of tourists every year - for some, the possibility to try legal cannabis is the main reason to visit the city! Below you will find a list of 16 best Amsterdam coffee shops with the coolest vibe, music and the best stuff on the menus. Prices in coffee shops generally vary between 6 to 25 EUR per gram depending on which hash, weed or other stuff you order. At the Red Light District you will find some of the most expensive coffee shops, but the farther you are from the center the cheaper they get. If you are unsure which coffee shop to choose and also would like to know more about Amsterdam cannabis culture and history, we suggest one of the following Amsterdam coffee shop tours!
